Hello!
I have been experimenting with Icenium Graphite and it worked pretty well until today. I can still log in fine with Mist, but with Graphite I am not getting the log in area anymore. My log in is iduican@hotmail.com. Uninstalling and re-installing the IDE did not make any difference.
Appreciate any help on this matter.
Thanks,
Ion

Hello Ion,
Try the following:
If the problem persists, we're going to need some more information in order to diagnose the problem. Could you please run FiddlerCap (with the Decrypt HTTPS Traffic option enabled) before launching Graphite? This is a tool that will intercept the HTTP requests Graphite performs and give you the option to save them to disk. We will need the FiddlerCap capture and the Graphite logs located in %LocalAppData%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs. You can upload the logs at some free file hosting provider and give us the link or send them at our email support at icenium dot com.
We apologize for any inconveniences caused and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
All the best,
Steve

Hi Steve,
I got the same problem again... I was asked to download the latest version, which I did, and after the install I got the same window with the missing log in area... What's going on? I cleared the cache folder like before but it did not help this time around.
Is it something that you need to do on your end? This kind of interactions are very annoying and it may be a decision breaker when you start charging for your services. Please let me know what needs to be done to fix the problem.
Thanks,
Ion

Hi Ion,
First of all we want to apologize for this unpleasant situation.
It is really weird that you've just received the updated version, because we have not released anything since the 1.3 release on March 19th.
In order to investigate your problem we would need the FiddlerCap capture and the Graphite logs located in %LocalAppData%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs. You can upload the logs at some free file hosting provider and give us the link or send them at our email support at icenium dot com.
In the meantime you can log-in to Mist with the same login provider (or providers that have same email associated with them) and continue your development process.

Steve

Hi Steve,
Without doing anything, when I opened Graphite again the next day, I got the prompt if I wanted to download a newer version. After the install, everything was fine again. I will let you know if I run into this issue again. Mist if fine, but due to the CORS issues I prefer to use Graphite.
Thanks for your help!

I am seeing the same issue after installing Graphite for the first time. I've tried the troubleshooting tips here but nothing is working for me.

Hi Bubacarr,
Both Fiddler and Graphite logs show problem connecting to our CDN provider and judging by the error, it seems like a proxy problem. If you're using proxy or a caching device, make sure all calls to *.icenium.com are allowed.
