Icenium crashed and now I have lost my entire script file...days of hard work gone. Upset customer

Graphite crashed and when I reopened it I lost all recent changes to my project including recent files added to the project.  My script file is blank.  Please tell me this can be recovered some how or I have just lost days of work.  I am really staring to question the whole idea of this cloud based development idea and our decision to use this product.  Please contact me and let me know if these files are backed up somewhere and can be restored.  Not a happy customer.
