Got a update on a couple of MB 10 minutes ago, restarted Icenium and installed it. Now Icenium wont even show me my project files. It gets stuck on a blank page (still with the sidebar panels eg. "Whats new?", "Documentation" and "Suggest Features"). If i hover over one of those, the program crashes with the regular windows "Icenium Graphite has stopped working" frame. Tried deleting the BlackDragon folder and the 2.0 folder in appdata/local/apps folder.. No change, still just crashes. Any idea what might cause this? This is the second time one of the updates makes Graphite collapse... Please help!

Hi guys,

We are rolling out an update to Icenium and we are in the process of upgrading the backend servers. Usually this should not break Graphite, but that was not the case this time when the CDN was updated. We have already taken actions and everything should be fine in an hour.

Sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused and stay tuned for the new features in this release.

I'm getting the following error...It won't open at all

+ Cannot activate a deployment with earlier version than the current minimum required version of the application.

I'm not getting the above error anymore, but there's no options other than the 3 buttons on the left when I open the application. I can't access my projects.

Still no options other than "What's New", "Documentation" and "Suggest Features"...

It doesn't crash if I click any of the links but I can't get to my projects.

Is there a solution to this yet??

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't help.

I wasn't prompted for an upgrade, however when I launch graphite this morning and select a project to load, I get a visual studio run-time error. I've re-installed graphite with no luck. Now when I try to login via my telerik account I get this error:

Now Icenium Graphite doesn't crash anymore but does not allow me to open certain files like index.html or any JavaScript files. DoubleClicking on the files seems to open an 'empty tab without tab header'. Is there still a bug in this release or are there any ideas what I could do?

Devon,

I had the same problem this morning and was able solve it by deinstalling Icenium Graphite and reinstalling it.

Icenium Graphite is now working correctly (except for one problem described below) and I've already spotted some nice improvements.

However, I do have one serious issue as a result of the update.  The simulator is no longer responding to click event on Kendo Mobile ListView with click binding.  The click binding still works fine in Ion and iOS deployment after the update, but not in the simulator.  It was working perfectly before the update and I have made no changes to this part of the project.  I created a new test project to try to replicate the issue and the click works (so I cannot log a ticket with a clearly reproducible bug), however, the background-color does not change when row is clicked (which suggests there might still be an underlying problem even in my test project). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Graphite. I will log a support case regarding this tomorrow.

@Paul, @Roger We have identified the issue with Telerik Identity Provider. This happens when you have checked the "Remember Me" check box. We are already working on a fix for this but until it is applied please do not use the check box.

Please excuse us for this inconvenience until we fix it.

Further to my post above regarding Kendo ListView Click events being broken as a result of the Graphite update.  I have resolved the issue by upgrading Kendo mobile in my project to v2013.1.619.

Now that everything appears to be working again I can get start exploring some of the exciting new features of Graphite.
