I have a file named index.html unfortunatly I never used a commit for version history.
While I was saving my project, icenium graphite is itself closed and after when I reopened it the program aked me <<you want open a local o remote file?>> I answer local and it open a file with no text.
In the "Version Control > History" I saw only a original file text before I was changed it. There is a way to have a previous code??

Hello Emidio,

First of all we want to apologize for this unpleasant situation.

In order to investigate your problem can you send us the Graphite application log files (C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Local\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs)? You can attach them at a free file sharing site and give us a link or send them in email to support [at] icenium.com. Just to be safe, take a look at the Windows event viewer logs and see whether there is some exception that could be related to the crash, if you're unsure, you can send us those logs as well.

Regarding your lost file contents - you can check the folders next to the Logs (i.e. C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Local\Telerik\BlackDragon\Emidio.Rana_apsystem.it) where Graphite stores local copy of the files you are currently working on.

In general, in the "Resolve Synchronization Conflicts" dialog that you've got once you reopened Graphite, where you were asked to select local or cloud, allows you to preview both files, prior the selection. You can use the small icons right next to the file, one that looks like a pc and another like a cloud.
