Hello,

I know that msdn has the webbrowser control to display html encoded text.  But what if we just want to use a textbox control?  Does Telerik have anything like it?

thanks,

Jon

Hi Jonathan,

We do not have such control currently. The WebBrowser control is a good way to visualize HTML content.

Is there something that limits you when using a WebBrowser for that purpose?

Well the webbrowser control does not have databinding, does not have easy background/foreground color control, and has font sizing issues.  Could Telerik create something like an enhanced rich textblock that does all this and is able to display html encoded text?

Hello Jonathan,

Thanks for writing back.

Theoretically we can implement such control. We have made some research but since there is not any demand for similar controls, we decided that we can focus on higher priority components and features. We will take your need into consideration but currently I cannot give you any estimations for the near future.
