How to use Fiddler to block outgoing requests

Hi everyone, I normally wouldn't post something like this but I couldn't find it anywhere in the docs.

What I'm trying to do right now is block a specific outgoing request to a URL. Basically the site I'm testing sends a request to a URL to complete something, and to test it properly I need to block that request from ever getting sent.

Is there anyway to do this in Fiddler? The guy who's code it is assures me that I can but he forgot how. :p

That's what I've tried previously, but it doesn't look like it's blocking my browser from sending the request to that URL, the networking tab on Chrome still shows it being sent. The autoresponder can do this? That's what everyone keeps telling me but even after testing it to make sure the URL matches the pattern it still seems to send the request.

Your browser sends the request to Fiddler. It is Fiddler that won't send the request further.
