Hello,
I deployed the radeditormoss.wsp file to our SharePoint 2007 server, and had my firefox users follow the instructions for:

Using the r.a.d.editor WebPart
Using r.a.d.editor in List Items
Using r.a.d.editor in Web Content Management scenario

But all they get is a script error that states:

The page at http://sharepointserver says:
Exception while executing client event OnClientInit
Error:RadEditorWebPartOnInit is not defined

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Yes Rob,
It works fine in IE6/7.  We are a half windows, half apple shop, and you know how that goes when it comes to browsers.  At the moment, we're only testing SharePoint 2007 to replace our current Intranet and wiki.  But if we can get Firefox and r.a.d. editor to provide WYSIWYG for us, we may not move forward. Any help will greatly be appriciated.

thanks,

Kwabena

Hi Kwabena,

The error suggests that for some reason the editor cannot execute code from the EditorWebPart.js file. Try to request this file directly from the server and see if you get some error instead. You can find out the exact URL for the file by viewing the source of the page, containing the editor, and searching for the "EditorWebPart.js" string. The problem could be caused by the Mac users simply not having access to the file.

Kind regards,
