Hello Basem,
With the Kendo UI Q2 2012 official release the pager widget had been enhanced with a new features, but "the pager template for the grid" is not among them. There are no specific plans for the implementation of this functionality, but it sounds good and I will suggest to submit this idea as a feature request at our UserVoice page. This way the community can evaluate and vote for it. If this suggestion turns out to be popular, we will consider its implementation for future releases.
In addition, the available configuration options are listed in this topic from our online documentation.
