Essentially, you need to:
- download the licensed assemblies from your account. This post will explain how to differentiate between trial and licensed versions: http://blogs.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/posts/12-03-28/getting-tired-of-seeing-trial-messages-in-your-asp-net-ajax-application.aspx.
- upgrade your project to use them instead of the trial ones. To do this, I advise that you follow this blog: http://blogs.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/posts/12-12-21/upgrade-the-version-of-your-telerik-asp.net-controls-in-6-easy-steps.
- if all your colleagues have valid licenses, you can check-in the updated Telerik assemblies and project (because this is where the references are stored) in your source control so all of your teammates will be able to use the new version immediately with a simple get operation. If you have further questions about the licensing options you can reach out to our sales team at sales<at>telerik.com. The reason why the trial assemblies were downloaded is most likely because your account is associated with a trial license, so our sales department can help clarify your company's licensing status.
I hope this helps.
