Hello,
I PDFViewer testing the product.
And when trying to load documents with password creation, just nothing appears.
The files are stored in my database and many users no longer have the password.
Why can not the component renders them?

Hi Luiz,
Currently, RadPdfViewer does not support encrypted documents.
We have it in our todo list but it is not scheduled yet.
