How to pass values to the report without getting from DB

Please refer the attachments..

I need to print "from date" and "to date" if the date range contains null values. Currently its not printing If I pass a date range with null values. How can I fix this issue.(Image : "Without_Data")

Hello Harsha,

The described behavior might be due to the specific expressions used in the report. Please share what are the expressions used the text boxes corresponding to Project, From Date and To Date, so we can advise further.
