How to pass paramenter on RadSchedule ResourcePopulationMode=ClientSide

I using webservice popolate data on RadSchedule. But when build load Resourece, I want to pass some parameter to load list Resource in MySchedulerProvider. How to call and code example??? When I using using:

But customParameter all way null object data.

when I change <WebServiceSettings Path="~/SchedulerWebService.asmx" ResourcePopulationMode="ServerSide" />

_customParameter  still null object

when I change  ResourcePopulationMode="ServerSide" 

_customParameter  still null object.

Because in my project resource to load list by pass some condition. Any one help me, please?
