Hi Aravind,

Thank you for contacting our support services.

Now, let me try to answer to your questions:
  1. To log out from the AppBuilder Extension for Visual Studio, you need to press the Log out button in the APPBUILDER menu. You can check number 1, from the image in this article. After that, you should be prompted with a Login to Telerik Platform window, where you can enter the new credentials (email and password).
  2. In order to achieve this, you need to open platform.telerik.com and enter with the same account as in the AppBuilder Windows client (same email and password). Then, you will see all of the projects that are developed inside the AppBuilder Windows client in their according workspaces.
  3. I am not sure if I understand this question correctly. Could you please elaborate a bit more on what do you mean by "add account to purchased account"? Do you want to add your account as a member of another Telerik Platform account? Or you want to invite other users as members to your Telerik Platform account?
  4. To use support tickets with 24 hours response time, you need to be a licensed user of any of the applicable Telerik Platform licenses. You will need to ask your license owner to add you as a licensed user from his Telerik account. Here is a detailed article on the matter.

I hope this helps.

Hi
  Thank you for ur reply

No.1 question solved.

No 2. i will login in telerik platform browser client and Appbuilder windows client with same username and password, but mobile application which develop on Appbuilder windows client not appear in telerik platform browser client in workspace.

Note:In telerik platform already have same mobile application name inside workspace. My windows client mobile application name are also same.so any problem ? In windows client i have 4 html page ,but if open same  account in both browser and windows client,in my browser client still have 3 html page.

No.3 what i am ask ,we already purchase telerik tool with one email account, currently we use only in email account for telerik platform and also install telerik tool in visual studio,so can add another email to licensed account, then can use 2 username and password for telerik platform and install tools in visual studio.Possible to allow one more user.i.e 2 user can use under one license.
So only separately write support ticket which not disturb other person.

No.4 i think same as 3rd reply.i need to add my email under licensed user ,not only in telerik platform,in telerik control panel also need to login. In telerik platform i saw,can inivite other user to develop mobile application only ? is it correct ?but i need to same licensed user rights with other email account.

Hi Aravind,

I logged in your account and noticed that, there is only one AppBuilder project, named sample-filetransfer. Also, as your current subscription is Telerik Platform Starter, you have a limit of 2 AppBuilder project. Still, there is one remaining in the account.

As far as licensing, two users cannot utilize the same license. The licensing is on a per developer basis. The user with the active license should be the only one using and submitting Tickets for Telerik Platform. If you would like to allow two people to use the license, you will need to add an additional seat, which I can help you with. To achieve what it appears you are trying to achieve, you will need to purchase an additional seat, as operating as is with one license is a violation of our EULA.

using visual studio extension the login page does not have an option to change google accounts

I deleted my other Google account, and restarted my pc but i still get the errror:
Your current subscription AppBuilder Starter Edition does not provide access to the Telerik AppBuilder extension for Visual Studio

I downloaded and installed this extension today, so i am assuming its the latest build.
my account is a "Telerik Platform Professional Edition"

how do I get the extension to login with it?

Hi Idmr,

Could you check if deleting the stored cookie will allow you to change your Google account and log in with the correct one? To do this, first, close all running instances of Visual Studio or AppBuilder clients. Then, find the %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon folder in Windows Explorer and delete the IceCookie.bin file in it. Finally, start VS again and check if you will be able to log in with your Google account.

I hope this helps.
