We have a demo demonstrating how to use Web Services with RadComboBox, that I am providing a link to below. Please, note that in it RadComboBox3 and RadComboBox4 are using Web Services to load items, while RadComboBox1 and RadComboBox2 are loading items with the server-side approach.
