Hello,

   When I set the "IsContextMenuEnabled" to false, but the Text Formatting context menu still shows.  How do we hide it?

Hello Rashad Rivera,

I guess you are referring to the toolbar that shows when you select some text, as well as on right click. That is the SelectionMiniToolBar and you can hide it by setting

IsSelectionMiniToolBarEnabled="False"

on the rich text box.
I hope that helps.
