We have a need to analyse which Installations are running which application version.
Is it possible to view, or export, session Version's associated with Installation IDs?
Thanks
Paul

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us!
You can go to App Health > Sessions in the side navigation bar and use search box to find sessions by Installation Id. Then by clicking on any of the result rows a grid with sessions will appear below. This grid contains column Version, so you can easily see all version for selected Installation Id.
I hope this helps.

Thanks for that reply. What you describe works but it is quite a labour intensive method to achieve the analysis we are looking for.
It would be much better if there was a way for us to export the raw session list data as, say, a CSV dataset; i.e. containing just the top level session info like the AppHealth > Live view displays. Is that possible via the web client or other api accessible to us?

Paul

Hello,
You can use our public API described here https://platform.telerik.com/analytics/spec in order to automate the process. More specifically you can use this API endpoint https://platform.telerik.com/analytics/spec#!/data/getdatasessionsProjectId_get_71 and populate InstallationID query string parameter.
I hope this helps.
