Hi,
Telerik reports are .NET objects (Telerik.Reporting.Report) which can be also serialized in XML. The available Report Designers produce reports in different formats. You can create re-usable templates with the Sandalone Report Designer, which can be used for starting a new report - Report Templates.
HTML input can be used only for text-formatting through the HtmlTextBox item. Please check the list of supported HTML tags and CSS attributes in the linked article.
Let us know if you need further help.

Firstly, thank you for the information. However, we want to put own HTML file to database and apply it to report directly. We don not want to change existing templates. Is there a way to do it? Could you give more information please?
Best regards,

Hi,
Existing HTML documents cannot be merged with the report rendered in HTML for the web viewer.
If you want to export existing web pages content in image, PDF or other format, please check Telerik UI for AJAX ClientExportManager.
If I am misunderstanding the scenario, please elaborate in more details about the HTML input, how and why it is saved in your database, and how it should be used in/for a report.
