Hi,

I tried the book control in my WPF application. I need to have a book cover and a different flip animation for title i.e. given as example

http://www.quranflash.com/en/quranflash.html

In this example the look and feel of first cover is like the real book title effect. Is this kind of animation possible with RadBook? Please provide help in both cases that how I can be able to achieve this hard cover effect. Thanks in advance

Regards,

Haroon

Hi Haroon,

with the latest version of the book we added the hard covers animation. Use the HardPages property to identify which pages will have this animation.

Hi,

Thanks for quick reply. I am using "RadControls_for_WPF_2010_1_0422_TRIAL" (latest version available on website) and using it primarily with Blend 3 with VB. I tried to find the property named HardPages in RadBook and RadBookItems and unable to located it. I am using "RadBook.Items.Add" method to add items as new pages in the book. Can you please provide example code for the first page as hard cover animation. Thanks please reply.

Hi Haroon,
you should download the latest internal builds, or wait till the next week when we will release our ServicePack.
