How to center align x axis labels?

I have multiline text labels on the x-axis of my chart that always come out left justified. I want to be able to set the horizontal alignment of the text to 'centered' but nothing I've tried seems to have any effect. Any ideas?

Currently there is no way to specify the alignment of the text for any of the chart labels. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks, it's not a major problem for me right now, but I would like to have this capability at some point.
