Hello, I want to change scrollbar's theme for all telerik controls such as; scrollbar in radgridview, scrollbar in radComboBox, scrollbar in RadListBox,etc. Is there any way to modify and apply scrollbar's theme so that it is applied to scrollbar in every control? I also want to apply same theme to silverlight scrollbar so that both silverlight scrollbar and telerik controls' scrollbar look same.
