As shown in the attached png file, I just want to adjust the vertical margin of each item in the RadListPicker, bacause it's a little too large for me, but even I modify the PopupItemTemplate and ItemTemplate, the margin keep the same.
So I need a solution, thans in advance.

You should be able to do this via the PopupItemTemplate. I am not sure why it won't work on your side.
Can you please send us a working sample so that we can see how we can help.
