How to add more elements in Dynamic Layer without refreshing dyanmic layer?

Hi Team,

    We call dynamicLayer.Refresh() so that it triggers ItemRequest method which refreshes all the elements on the layer.

    I want to add new element on Layer without refreshing the existing Layer.
    For e.g Let say i am having 50 elements visible on dynamic layer, i am adding one more element in visible area. Unless i didn't 
    call Refresh() method, Layer doesn't add it on map. But the problem is, when i call Refresh method, it refreshes all existing visible 
    elements which we dont want.

    Is there any solution for the above mentioned problem?

    We are using Telerik Version for silverlight5 "2012.3.1017.1050".

    Please give the solution as early as possible. we have an urgent requirement.
