how to add 4level hirearchy to radgrid

 i am using telerik winforms. i need to create four level hierarchy to radgrid . can anyone explain how to make this one

There's a good demo in the demos that came with the controls. You'll need to add a template and a relation for each level of the hierarchy that you need. Have a look at the following links
