How radGrid pagesize could be dynamic?

I want my radGrid to be dynamically resized according to the contents in it. I want its maximum pagesize of 20 (with single row data), but if few or more rows contains text variantly then it would size atmost size of 500px. So would should i do for it....i am a bit cinfused and dont know how and where to start it.....please help
