How do I use IsSelectedTopItem?

In my RadCarouselPanel, I want to pick an item, check to see if that's the top most item,, and then if so, do something.  I've tried the SelectionChanged and MouseDown events of my ListBox, but IsSelectedTopItem is always false.

Hi Scott,

The feature that you are referring to is currently not available. We had planned to introduce it in our Q3 release
but since we are now tight on schedule it will most probably be postponed. We hope to include it in the first servie pack after Q3.
