A few weeks ago I attended Telerik's webinar on their tools. It was great and I got a lot out of it. However, I was under a misunderstanding. I have a Telerik Complete license; I thought that this webinar was a discussion as to what was new this quarter for the Telerik Complete suite of tools and controls. Thus when it came to downloading it I downloaded it. Now I realize that I had made this mistake.

The problem, for me is that I cannot, at this time, upgrade to Telerik Ultimate. Therefore I want to uninstall the 30 day trial, but leave all controls and tools in place that are a part of the Telerik Complete suite. How do I do that?

Hi Rod,

The difference in the two packages is only within the support level. Ultimate comes with a higher level of developer support. Therefore, since the tools are the same, you should not need to make any uninstalls.

Hi Joseph,

So, things like JustTrace and JustMock are a part of Telerik Complete? I ask because when I get into VS 2013 now it asks me if I want to purchase JustTrace and JustMock; as though they were new entities on my PC.

Hi Rod,

Those products are also offered in DevCraft Complete, so you should not need to make any additional purchases.

Hi Joseph,

Whenever I get into Visual Studio 2013 now, I get a popup message for both JustTrace and JustCode, informing me that my trial version has expired. That I must purchase the Ultimate version or I presume stop using either immediately. How do I stop these popups from occurring?

Hi Rod,

Thank you for contacting us.
The reason for this pop up messages is the expired trial version of JustTrace and JustCode products you have installed. As you have licensed versions of these products included in your DevCraft bundle you will have to uninstall the trials and install the full versions.
In order to get rid of the messages remove the current installation from Window's Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. You will find there Telerik JustCode and Telerik JustTrace packages.
Then use the links for the product you want to install - JustCode and JustTrace to download the .msi installer and execute it.
All products available to you as a part of the DevCraft Complete suite can be found using this link.

Please let me know if you require additional assistance.

Regards,
Zdravko
