How do I fix the arrangement of the docks in the dockzone?

I'm planning to use the Raddock control for my website portal and I want all the docks to remain in their fix position.
Is there a way for me to specify the arrangement of the dock in the dock zone?

I'm planning to create a dashboard using the dock or window control.
The dashboard consists of a main screen with multiple dock/window at the side.
When the user drag/selects the dock/window from the side to the main screen, it will collapse for the void left by the dragged dock/window.
When the current dock/window is placed back into the dockzone at the side, it will slide back into the position that it is before being dragged out.
I just wanted to know if there is any easy way to accomplish this.
