Hello,

The hover highlight on my system (3 monitors, Windows 2008 R2) is grossly offset from the cursor and the UI element.

In the attached screenshot, the mouse (not seen) is actually over the Radcombobox with the text 2010.1. The hover area appears down and to the left. It's impossible to select the desired element.

Is there a setting to adjust the offset or a fix for this?

Thanks,

Ken

Hi Ken,

Thanks for the post and your trial of WebUI Test Studio, and I'm sorry you ran into this problem. Do you have the IE Recording Window located on the 'main' monitor for your system setup?

I believe WPF may have some issues on multi-monitor setups, but please let us know if this is still happening on the main monitor.

Also, from the screenshot it looks like for IE,  Zoom is at 100% and Text maybe at Medium, but if you could also confirm that also.

Best wishes,

Hi Nelson,

Thanks for your response.

Your questions helped me resolve the issue. I had my Display set to Medium - 125%. When I set it to Smaller - 100%, the hover highlight aligns as it should.

BTW, the offset problem appeared on all three monitors.

For anyone else encountering this issue on Windows Server 2008 R2, the path to the size setting is Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display. WebUI's hover highlighter seems to want the display at 100%.

I'd suggest an enhancement where the software automatically compensates for the display setting. Or maybe there's already a manual method? I prefer working in Windows with a larger text and control size but this will suit me for now.

Thanks again,

Ken
