Hi Samaneh,
Could you please provide more information on what exactly are you trying to achieve? The Solution Window of the Visual Studio can moved in any direction, and can be placed (docked) in any of the available docking areas. You can observe the features of the RadDock control on our online demos website. We have a lot of examples, and I am sure you will find what you're looking for, there.

in all your samples,when user want collapse dock,it moves up and when Expand it,It move down
I want it move left& right when Collapse&Expand Dock

This functionality cannot be achieved with the RadDock control. You could take a look at our RadSplitter control, I believe it might help you achieve your specific scenario. Here is a link to its demos: RadSplitter demos.
