My manager is set up like so.

With the AutoCloseDelay being set high (not sure based on some info from your site. In IE7, when I stay on the target the tooltip remains in view. However, if I navigate over the top of the toolip it disappears immediately.
Any ideas?

I built up a test demo based on your code and tested the behavior when hovering the tooltip but everything works as expected and the tooltip does not hide. Would you please examine my test page and modify it in order to replicate the problem? Once you succeed, open a new support ticket and send it to me along with detailed reproduction steps and explanations and a video capture of the issue if possible. It will also be helpful if you clarify the used version of the RadControls and the browser.
