Hide TextBlock in RadScheduler AppointmentTemplate

Hi

I am using Silverlight RadScheduler control i have a

 <telerikScheduler:RadScheduler.AppointmentTemplate>

 in it and a Text Block 

 <TextBlock Text="Opportunity ID:" Style="{StaticResource ColumnBoldStyle}" Margin="0 0 2 0" Grid.Column="0" Grid.Row="1"/>

how can i hide this label on load of RadScheduler  

Please guide.
