Hex Code Color Selection not user-friendly

Hello,

I tried the Color Picker and to select a color using the HexCode. However the preview doesn't update to show the right color. It only takes the color when you press enter. If you double click, the Hex Code is not applied. If you press the "Apply" button, it's also not applied. I'm using Safari on Mac. I find it difficult for a user to understand how to use the Hex Code. Is there a way that the preview color updates in real-time when you enter the Hex Code and to apply it in an easier manner?

Sorry for the delay, I'm currently on vacation.

Indeed, this behavior is by design.  You need to press ENTER to update the widget with the color entered in the input field.

This said, I agree that it could be more intuitive if the widget would update automatically once you type a valid HEX or RGB color.  I'll need to discuss this internally but should have a workaround for it early next week (most probably a new configuration option will control this behavior).

Hello,

I made the widget auto-update when a valid color can be parsed.  Added option `autoupdate` for this, but it's actually enabled by default (to revert to the previous behavior you'd pass autoupdate: false).

It will be available in the next build.
