Whenever I get into VS 2010 I'll get a message that there's an update to the Telerik WPF VSExtensions (my current version is 2011.3.1305.0, and it says the new version is 2012.3.1212.0.) When I tried to update it I get the following error:
"The extension could not be installed because the following error occurred: Telerik WPF VSExtensions is already installed."
"The extension could not be installed because the following error occurred: Telerik WPF VSExtensions is already installed."

Could you please try to remove the previous version of the extensions before installing the new one.
Here are the steps:
1. Open Visual Studio and go to Tools -> Extension Manager.
2. Uninstall Telerik WPF VSExtensions and restart the studio.
3. Go again to Tools -> Extension Manager, select the Online Gallery tab and in the search field on the right top corner type Telerik WPF VSExtensions.
4. Download and install them and restart again the studio.
