We have recently upgraded our telerik to the latest version and from that time GridView selected item hightlight (the orange color) get removed when ever grid view loses the focus (Focus is moving to other controls).
I'd be thankful if you could advise on this matter,

Hi Naseem,
Actually, we introduced selected unfocused state of GridViewRow and the behavior you see is by design. In order to remove selected unfocused state you can set RadGridView.EnableLostFocusSelectedState to False. Here is help topic for more information.
