You can use RadDataGrid for Windows 8.1 in the windows project of universal apps. This is actually shown in our sample app, included in the zip package. For windows phone, you can use RadDataBoundListBox.
Do you need a grid control for windows phone project in a universal app? If yes -- can you provide more information on which features you would like to see implemented? Thank you.
