Our suspicion is that there is some error preventing the save operation to succeed.
When this happens again, could you check the output pane of Graphite for any errors and send them to us. It would also be very helpful if you can ZIP and attach the log files generated by Graphite, which are located at: %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs. This information will greatly help us diagnose the problem.
