I have Graphite installed and it will no longer authenticate, stating there is a network issue. I have tried to re-install the application. No success. I am able to use Mist and everything appears fine. I am afraid there has been an update to something in the GAC that has caused the issue. If a list of potential items in the GAC could be supplied I can check those. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi Al,

It sounds like Graphite did not update to the new version correctly. If restart/reinstall of Graphite does not help, then try clearing its cache:

  • Clear content of %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Cache folder.
  • Start Graphite.
If the suggestions above do not yield any result, execute the following steps in the order given:
  1. Uninstall Graphite.
  2. Navigate to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps  (e.g. C:\users\Username\AppData\Local\Apps) and delete the 2.0 folder.
  3. Install and run Icenium Graphite.
