We just launched a redesign for the City of Weston (Florida, USA) and wanted to share something cool with the Telerik community.  It's basically a Google Fast Flip-style reader, that displays thumbnails of PDF's, with easy navigation to browse the entire week volume.

http://www.westonfl.org/Departments/Communications/NewsdayTuesdayReader.aspx

This requirement came in about two days before launch and was a "highly visible" aspect of the launch.  Not knowing how best to give the user a way of browsing a week's worth of PDF's I turned to Telerik.  Turns out the RadRotator was the perfect solution to a large project with a tiny timetable.  Basically the page loads images from a weekly directory and then binds them to the RadRotator.

Many thanks to the folks who came up with the knowledge base item that showed me how to create dynamic binding using ITemplates interface.

Cheers!

Hello Mike,

My name is Emi Ivanova and I am part of Telerik’s Sales team. First of all, thank you for sharing your experience with our controls and congratulations on completing a great project!

I came across your correspondence with our support engineers and was happy to learn you have completed a large project, using our RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX.

We would be happy to learn more about your implementation of our controls and showcase your project on our website. In this regard, I would like to take this opportunity and invite you to do a case study, telling us more about your project and the integration of our controls.

Case studies are published in the Success Stories section on the Telerik website, which attracts a lot of visitors, thus presenting a good marketing opportunity for your company and project. As part of the Telerik points program, all case studies are awarded 5,000 Telerik points, worth $50, which you will be able to use against you future purchases with us.

Let me know if you would be interested in our offer and I will be glad to follow up with additional details.

Sincerely yours,
Emilia
the Telerik team

Hi Mike,

Thank you for getting back to me!

The format for submitting a Case Study is shown at the following link, where you can directly submit your case study:

http://www.telerik.com/company/submit-casestudy.aspx

When you open the link, you will see it is divided in sections and there is a short description for what is expected to write in each section.

As soon as you submit the case study, we will receive it for review.

Let me know if you have any questions and I will be glad to assist you.

Greetings,
Emilia
