Before I realized it was the Fiddler software itself that was the one who put hundreds of certificates in my Windows 7 Certificate Repository(?) I deleted everything I thought I didn't need. I might have deleted a master certificate that Fiddler needs or maybe Chrome browser needs to trust the Fiddler software.

My question is simply, how do I get things back to normal? So that Google Chrome trust the Fiddler software again.

    Hello, Bradley--

http://www.telerik.com/blogs/faq---certificates-in-fiddler explains how Fiddler generates and uses certificates.

Resolving this problem is simple. Click Tools > Fiddler Options > HTTPS. Untick "Decrypt HTTPS traffic". Click the Remove Interception Certificates button. Accept all prompts. Retick the "Decrypt HTTPS traffic" checkbox. Accept all prompts.

I have faced the same issue a few days ago. But this time, it's not related to https at all. I have checked my computer again to figure out what's the cause and realized that the date and time of my computer were incorrect. And it will lead to the your connection is not private error.

For further instructions and solutions to resolve this error, check it out this article, which I have found on Google.
