is it possible to get the current row & column level for one mesure? The intention is to create a link to an another page for "detailed" information.
Example is attached:

I would suggest you check the cellInfoByElement method, which can be used to retrieve the columns/rows/measures information for the particular element. This how-to demo shows how to display detailed information for hovered element:
