Get control inside RadSlideView

Hi Telerik,
My problem is I got some control in the slideview, I need to get access to that control, I try visual helper but it's not okay, the SelectedItemContainer is always null. Please show me how to get it!
For more specific, I have a ScrollViewer in template, I need the ScrollViewer to scroll to top whenever selection changed.
