What is the recommended way to update the telerik controls?
If I have installed a previous version and then say I want to update to the rad asp.net controls and prometheus controls release today, how would you recommend that I do this if I want to make sure that all my current applications in progress, and previous applications use the latest version?
Should I just uninstall the previous version then install the new?

That is a dead link.
I have a similar question though. I have Q2 RadControls, but we just licensed for another developer and he got Q3 version. How do I upgrade to Q3?
Also, in the client.net area, Prometheus is still noted as beta. What is the timeframe for the non-beta release? Thanks.

But, I am somewhat suspicious with following those directions. I had a problem with the charting dll that was installed from the previous version, and the directions will not remove the dll from a project cache or from the gac. The support ticket I have for that is still open, but running the gacutil will not remove version 1.7.1 of charting dll.
