Is there any way to make the splitter panel take up the full page? Like Dock = Fill in Win forms.

Currently, I have it set to a particular size and hook into the window resize event. This produces a flicker that doesn't look great.

Hi Bining,

If I understand you correctly, you need a sliding pane to take up the entire page when shown (expanded or docked). Unfortunately, RadSlidingPane cannot be set to use percentage sizes. Nevertheless, you can achieve the required behavior by manually resizing the sliding pane.

For your convenience I have attached a sample page demonstrating this approach.
