Would it be possible to have friendly URL's for the projects instead of {server}:9898/#/Project/{ID}/*

I have added your request in our TeamPulse project. Actually, we have had similar requests to show item's names in the urls instead of their ids. I see that it will be easier to read the url, but changing item's name may cause some problems with already saved urls. However, project's name is something that is almost never changed and the impact there could be minimal.
