Hi,

(I'm not sure if it is a right place to ask this question but...)
Am I right that any forum's thread disappear from its forum after converting it to a support ticket? If yes -  the next question: is there any place where support tickets can be seen by everybody?

Regards
Tomasz

Hello tmlipinski,

Support tickets are used for private communication between the client and Telerik Support. In other words, you can see in your account only the support tickets you have opened (your support tickets).

OK, but this way nobody with the same problem knows it has been solved - and asks again and again... My case: I've started some thread concerning installation troubles. This thread has been converted to a support ticket just to enable sending some error log to you. And this way I'm the only one who knows how to avoid these troubles.

I think that support tickets should be still visible in their original place - especially when created by converting a normal forum thread. Maybe attachments should be invisible - but the original thread should not be totally hidden.

Think about it.

Tomasz
