Am I the only one getting the following error on almost every post I do on the forum?

Oh, no! 
Something's not right,
but we're sorting it out.

I'm using Chrome and I noticed the problem this week for the first time.

We were not able to reproduce the error, but we have it logged in our error logs, and we are investigating the issue.
