    I added entries within the <tools> element in this file:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\wpresources\RadEditorSharePoint\4.5.6.0__1f131a624888eeed\RadControls\Editor\ToolsFile.xml

    as follows:

        <!-- Added for media files -->
        <tool name="FlashManager" />
        <tool name="MediaManager" />

    I saved the file, reset IIS on the server and the buttons appear on the toolbar when I edit a RADControl web part.  But when I click on the buttons I get an error dialog:

    Could not find the command FlashManager.  Please update your command list.

    Anyone got any idea why?  The help file says I should be able to use the FlashManager control right?

    My server is 64 bit Windows Server 2003

    Hi Lars Nielsen,

    If you are using the Lite version of RadEditor for MOSS, you should know that the Flash and Media Managers are not available in it.

    I attached RadEditorMOSS_Feature_Comparison.pdf where you can see the differences between the versions of RadEditor for MOSS.

    OK well I guess that explains the error message!  It might be worth you guys mentioning this fact in the CHM that comes with the control, that you can't use the media or flash manager with the Lite version.

    Thanks for answering my query so promptly
