Hi sayak,
I tested the behavior of the sliding panes with Q2 2009 version, namely 2009. 2. 826 as well as with the latest version 2010.2 826 but everything worked as expected with both.
Would you please examine my test demo and let me know what should I change to reproduce the issue? Once I can observe it locally I will do my best to help.
