FIPS Enabled Computer Control Panel Update Crash

My computer is FIPS enabled (Work requirement). When I try to update the Control Panel the program Crashes. If I disable FIPS using the instructions provided this page http://docs.trendmicro.com/all/ent/sc/v3.0/en-US/cmcolh/t_fips.html the Control Panel does not crash and the update works. This just an FYI.

Thank you for reaching us.

Enabling the FIPS usually causes strange behavior in all .NET Applications. Here is an additional information published by Microsoft: LINK

It is highly recommended that you keep FIPS disabled in according to Microsoft.
