Hi Everyone,

We are having a problem with the File Explorer uploading xlsx documents. My developers believe it is because of our SSL. Can anyone help us with this?

Hi Frank,

The RadAsyncUpload can work over https. Make sure you that are using a valid SSL certificate. If the server uses a self-signed certificate, then add it as a trusted certificate to your browser.

I would advise that you make the permission test described in the following article and see whether the application has proper permissions to the target folder:
http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/controls/fileexplorer/troubleshooting/common-issues#an-error-like--because-the-application-did-not-have-enough-permissions-occurs-only-in-a-production-environment-how-to-debug-the-issue
